We went to this place while checking out Chinese places around Alkapuri and it turns out to be the oldest Chinese place in Vadodara. Kudos to them for being in business for a few decades but the shop has definitely seen better days. Anyway, the food. We ordered 1 small chicken manchow soup, 1 chicken fried rice and 1 hot garlic chicken. The quantity was apt for two. You would not be super stuffed, neither remain craving for more. You ll be satisfied. The quality was nice. It has the typical Indian-chinese taste of Ajinamoto that we love, a little salty, a little savoury. Tastes good. Hygiene of the place needs a bit of upgrade. There were multiple small insects around and we wouldn't want them to be a part of our meal. Beyond this, all was nice. The service was quick, food was great, loved it.

One of the oldest restaurants in Vadodara and is a great example of good authentic Chinese food! The location and ambience might not be very appealing but it's worth a try for all food enthusiasts! The veg and chicken spring rolls are worth a try and so are the Traditional Chicken Fried Rice and Hunan Chicken. During winters,the chicken manchow soup is a must.

Authentic Chinese dishes instantly won me over. The non-veg varieties are great and the ingredients used in them are very diverse. I would recommend having Hunan Chicken, Prawns and Mixed (Chicken/Prawns/Lamb) Noodles. The meat is of quality and the quality trumps the high price. Overall, a very Chinese ambience enlivens anyone's dining experience.

As heard it is one of the oldest chinese restaurant. As we enter the ambience was quite simple and dim light. Sittings are a bit conjusted. Food we order BURNT GARLIC RICE Taste was good 4/5 Kung pao chicken greavy need to improve 3/5 Singapore rice which taste was all good 5/5

The food here is amazing. I've been told it's one of the oldest restaurants in Vadodara that serves Chinese. The food is really great. May be little par with Mainland China and it says lot when being compared to the legendary restaurant chain. The ambience is not very pleasing, neither are the staff very friendly ( based on my experience). But the food is really delicious.

Horrible experience! They are charging very high price for a small portion size. When questioned the owner told us that you might have had few pieces already when we didn’t even touch the platter… very rude staff and zero customer focus. Suggest avoiding this place as much as you can!

Ajinomoto (monosodium glutamate). This ingredient can be harmful to health if consumed in excess. I kindly request the management to consider using healthier alternatives for the well-being of customers. Thank you.
