We ordered tandoori prawns and butter garlic bread in starters. They were yum. Prawns was fresh. In main course we ordered chicken tandoori pizza. It was very tasty. For me a dessert is a must. In dessert we had Tiramisu. That was yummy too. Overall great dining experience. We were bit in a hurry to catch train staff organized our food, bill very quick. All the above food items are mentioned in Italian English in the menu. It you are new to this restaurant, please confirm the dish from the staff before placing order. Staff is even good at suggesting you menu as per your taste buds

What a superb fine dine place in Vadodara.... Amazing food and really soothing ambience with very attentive staff We tried Italian Starter- Involtini Di Zucchini Garlic Bread- Pane de aglio Pizza - Pizza Primavera Shakes- Chocolate Milkshake & Cold Coffee Juice- Fresh Pineapple Dessert- Blueberry Cheesecake Each item was very yummy especially Pizza...This was the best Pizza in my life believe me....I have tried so many pizza places in entire India but never tasted this Amazing Pizza.... Would surely visit again for Pizzas Food- 5/5 Ambience- 5/5 Hospitality- 5/5 Location- 5/5

Fiorella has been one of my favourite places for continental food. Though the food has been disappointing the last couple of times. chicken breast was undercooked. And if you are charging 625 ₹ per plate, have the decency to atleast serve mashed potatoes and not hydrated potato starch powder.... PATHETIC

The service is very poor. They took over 15mins to come take an order, after I walked over and asked to be served. Then waiter brought wrong food. Then another waiter brought 2 pizzas instead of 1 claiming we had given the order, when we didn’t. We didn’t want to argue or fight, so asked the extra pizza to be billed if that’s all they can do. And they did bill it..cheap tactics to make money.

Yesterday we had dinner here. Creme of coconut soup was very salty, we had to ask for replacement which they did. Service staff was watching mobile standing away without paying attention to customers. Every time we had to call them & they seemed restrained. Food was not great, will not visit it again until…….

I have not seen such an unprofessional staff at a high end restaurant in my life. I had booked a candle light dinner package for my fiance's birthday on the Hotel express residency's online site. I had booked a silver package which as mentioned on their site had inclusions like non alcoholic champagne, greeting card, bouquet etc. But when we reached the restaurant all my expectations fell flat. First of all the set up was not at all private and the seating arrangement/setup decoration was awkward. Then when I asked where is the champagne and bouquet the manager said that it's part of their gold package. I showed him the mail that i received and the inclusions mentioned on their online site but he kept on saying that it's part of the gold package. He did not even have the courtesy to accept his mistake and apologise. He was completely unprofessional. Then we had to wait for sometime and no waiter was coming to take our order or to attend our table. We literally felt like fools sitting over there just having a decorated table infront of us. Finally we ordered the food thinking that the taste and quality my compensate for the money i had paid. But no the food was so underwhelming and below average. The soup was okayish, the starter chicken skewers was a joke of a dish. Pizza and the middle course dish was just average and nothing extraordinary. They did not even serve the mocktails aesthetically. Honestly the restaurant staff and the food spoilt our mood and evening. So much so we were still polite while leaving the restaurant but the staff and the manager did not have the courtesy to even thank us or wish my fiance happy birthday. It felt as if they are doing 'ahsaan' on us by serving us. This restaurant is a true example of the Hindi saying 'unchi dukan pheeke pakwan'. Not going to recommend this restaurant to any friends or family. A big thumbs down.

I went with my friends for a Sunday brunch today. Texted them on IG prior in advance for confirmation of Brunch & booking, and we were informed Sunday brunch is available. On reaching there, we are informed there is no brunch. When we said we texted to confirm, they asked for 'Proof' & demanded who said that. On being given the proof, 'Oh but that's our advertising team!' What kinda hotel doesn't coordinate with their advertising team to give different answers to their customers? The server girl was very polite but the manager was downright rude. We were ready to eat food as per A La carte menu, but the impolite attitude killed the mood & we left the place immediately.

It's right when they say when one thing goes wrong, everything else falls apart. where do I start, untrained staff- I have had a better service at a punjabi dhaba, orders that dont get punched in, the starters I ordered never came to the table because the waiter didn't punch it in. and piece de resistance, blood on chicken, they served raw chicken. enclosed are the photos. obviously will never be coming back and I will always have something bad to say about the restaurant.

I have ordered garlic bread with cheese and gnocchi sorentina and it was totally tasteless. Italian spices and herbs were not added or cooked in the food properly. there was basil in the garlic bread but I can't feel it's taste while eating.

the food quality was ok but the staff was being very rude, a waiter asked us to serve ourselves as he was not comfortable to do so, and another one was being very rude and nonchalant and treating us like we were illiterate.
