Post Covid somehow the cook looks different & it has lost its charm. Today also morning was horrible with over cooked Dal , overcooked watana, tasteless dhokla & samosa , chaas was “ khatta “ .. The cost also has gone up . Would avoid it now

Pathetic management. Inspite of asking for reservations on call, they said they'll reserve but on reaching the restaurant, they hadn't reserved our table. We had to wait for one hour, because of their mismanagement!

आज मैंने दाल बाटी का ऑर्डर जोमैटो के द्वारा दिया... मैंने पाया कि आपने बाटी का साइज इतना छोटा कर दिया है कि एक बच्चे का पेट भी नहीं भर सकता है...आपके यहां से आर्डर करने का मेरा अनुभव बेहद बुरा था...साथ में चटनी सलाद नींबू इत्यादि कुछ भी नहीं दाल भी बिल्कुल ठंडी दी आपने😠😠

The food is really nice and spicy, has a lot of variety. The place could be a little more lit for the ambience. The service was really well taken care of. Worth the visit.

If you're in Vadodara, then do try Gujarati thali at Gordhan thali. Variety of dishes and unlimited servings. All the dishes are good and pricing also not very expensive.

Best place for gujarati thali in Vadodara. I am a frequent visitor of the city and have tried all the thali restaurant there and I found this to be the best in the city.

I had ordered dal baati from gordyan thal..taste was up to the mark..but I was disappointed for the quantity. As it was written 5 batis in the online description..where as we had received baati in pieces which seem just pieces from 2 baatis. My suggestion is to give clear description about quantity so that customers can get clear idea before ordering.

Gordhan Thal is one of the best Gujarati thali restaurants in Baroda. They serve a Gujarati thali with lots of food items. Service is quick and with a smile. The taste and the offerings are really unique. What we liked is they offered 'Dal baati' as one of the items which carried really good taste, then 'Capsicum childas'. 'Aam ras' is like the icing on the cake.
