We placed an order from KFC through Zomato at 9:00 PM. After waiting for an hour, we received a call from the delivery agent informing us that some items were unavailable and suggested we cancel the order. Instead of canceling, we were told that the missing items would be replaced, and we agreed to proceed. However, after another 45 minutes of waiting, we had to call again, only to be told once more that some items were still missing. It was very frustrating, especially after waiting nearly two hours. The staff seemed completely clueless, lacking coordination and professionalism. It felt like they were simply playing with the customer’s time and patience. This experience reflects very poorly on KFC's service standards and has left us extremely disappointed. Such negligence and mismanagement are unacceptable from a reputed brand.

I ordered french fries for my kid and it was soggy i told them to give me fresh but they said it's Fresh i shown them but the girl who was working there went jus mute also chicken strips was jus laying in the hot tray. Really bad experience instead i should have went to mcs

Served cold food and inspite telling to turn ac on repetitively they kept all the customers in the hot room. Pathetic service

Food was cold, Pepsi was half drank , there was no sauce sachets, terrible service from Zomato person aswell
