I visited Koa Café and was delighted by their Italian coffee paired with a butter croissant. The coffee had a bold, aromatic flavor with a smooth finish truly authentic and satisfying. The butter croissant was fresh, flaky, and melt‑in‑the‑mouth, making it the perfect companion to the coffee. The ambience was cozy, ideal for a solo visit or catching up with friends. Service was polite and efficient, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Koa Café is definitely worth a stop if you’re looking for a café that combines quality coffee with indulgent pastries.

the food was good not excellent..staff was lazy...not in a mood to serve us that we felt...affogato coffee's taste was good but not served the way it is served..found it bit overpriced..

The food was genuinely too good, and we really enjoyed it. However, our experience with the manager/staff was extremely disappointing. We ordered a smoothie, but apparently their stock for making the smoothie was finished. Instead of informing us and asking whether we wanted an alternative, they simply served us a milkshake without telling us anything. They called it a “mixed berries smoothie” and served it as if it were exactly what we had ordered. We only realised ourselves that it was actually a milkshake and not a smoothie. The problem is not that the smoothie was unavailable — that can happen. The problem is that they should have been honest and informed us before serving a completely different drink. The food was great, but this kind of behaviour from the staff/manager feels misleading and really spoiled the overall experience. If something is unavailable, just tell the customer instead of giving them something else and hoping they won’t notice.

Ordered Alfredo Pasta. Taste was good, but portion for a 370₹ dish was too less. Fiorella Alkapuri gives more portion than this.

extremely disappointing service. there were flies flying around & we were served food in a chipped plate. photos enclosed. Very poor service standards. Sevice culture is sub standard & there is no awareness of the same. portion size also highly adequate poor overall experience

the food is ok ,but we got hair in the milkshake that we ordered. we ordered Brownie milkshake and they didn't even apologize about the thing .we informed them and they didn't even said single word
