⚠️ Serious Food Quality & Safety Concern – McDonald’s Nilamber Triumph (via Zomato Nights) Over the past few weeks, especially during night-time orders through Zomato, we’ve repeatedly received food items from McDonald’s Nilamber Triumph that taste stale or appear re-fried multiple times. The fries consistently have an old, soggy texture, as though they’ve been sitting for days. On one alarming occasion, we even spotted what looked like fungus on an item — absolutely unacceptable. Despite raising these red flags through Zomato support, no meaningful response or corrective action has been provided. This isn’t just about poor taste—it’s a food safety hazard. We’re now escalating this to higher authorities, including regulatory bodies like the VMC Food Safety Officer. McDonald’s Nilamber Triumph & Zomato: please take immediate action. Thoroughly inspect your night-time processes, ensure fresh oil and supplies, and respond to customer concerns. Until these issues are resolved, we can’t recommend this outlet.

1 star consists of 95% of my experience here. Poor manpower service, aren't clear of what they've to communicate with the customers (atleast me). They don't accept counter orders, alongwith touch screen orders. Got my debit card deactivated. Still, I had to go through the ordering process all over again. Awful. Food-wise, I'd give it 4. Won't ever recommend coming here at this outlet.

I ordered for 2 mecveggi burger & 2 French fries. Paid by cash for it. But recd only 1 mecveggi burger & 1 French fries. After complaining, replacement came with Aaloo tiki burger instead of mecveggi burger. That too very cold.

Firstly they sent the wrong order. & then there was no contact to the restaurant to reorder or exchange. Zomato rider also wasn’t willing to help.

If there were numbers below 1 rating, I would have given it. Uncooked food and unhygienic preparations.

very poor...they serve cold food ....no fresh .... they deliver food with no quality in Zomato .....
