If I could give negative marking for service. Manager Pardeep or Raju no idea what his name is neither his staff was aware about his name and Nitesh from Front office behaviour was extremely rude constantly staring at our table. Training was not given to the staff on customer service or staff hygiene at all. Even during exit they were so rude. We were forced to choose between Sprite and Fanta since no pepsi was available. They were okay to serve both in all other tables but were not okay to have our options. Spoiled our entire family's mood on our special occasion. Food was extremely cold and was very chewy. Looked like pizzas were reheated, bbq was not served, paneer chilli, Manchurian every thing was cold and not chewable. It was so bad that I ended up with tummy upset, weakness. Though we were a regular visitor we will never ever be coming back. Lost your customer forever. Pathetic service...

The behaviour of the staff was extremely rude. The food was sub-standard and the staff with black uniform had some serious attitude problem. Constantly staring at our table. They have no manners on how to treat a paying customer. I'll never go there and I'll advise you to not go there.
