One of the best bread 🍞 and pastries 🥮 I really like there breads and bun super fast delivery thank you I order breads and bun everything was fresh as manufacture date was same when I order food . Good job keep it up

We ordered marble birthday cake today but they delivered normal chocolate cake, as we are so disappointed with the service but after that we called to the own magic owner and describe the wrong delivery and damaged cake imminently he apologised and provide the exact cake which we ordered thank you so much for such a great gesture of the owner and service to delivered cake at our location we appreciate the efforts 👍🏻

it was my first time at oven magic... first of all staff member was rude....one with red face..he was assisting... they didn't label any of the pastry... i haven't been to any of the their shop also...so i didn't want to take a risk..so i choose one pastry... that man sarcastically asked me only one pastry? i was there alone and i bought one pastry...okay...but why is he sarcastically asking me..why one ? i will buy whatever i want and whatever quantity i want...mind your own business right... asking if i want anything else or show me other things that i can buy..if i want it i will get it.. what's up with this bas ek hi ? be a little polite and have some manners ...and it was not misunderstanding...he was sarcastically saying things and judging me... And yes pastry...it was bad like really bad.. it was not fresh...and tasted khatti ....i vomited and i have to throw it away after 2 bites.... I will never buy from them again...

I had paid for a wrong invoice and despite of informing them on the same day and following up numerous times, they did not solve the problem. Everytime I had to explain to different people and Everything.e they said the will follow up but they didn't. I am very disappointed with the entire staff and manager at jetalpur branch. Very poor customer relationship. I regret being a loyal customer and not having any problem for product but because of poor management I will not make any further pur hase from the store. My advice is yo please train your staff so that you don't loose any more loyal customer.

Do not waste your money on their products. We specifically asked if their cupcakes were fresh and they said yes. Bought 2 of their chocolate cupcakes. The frosting on both of them tasted stale. One of the cakes was very hard and crumbly. We also bought one choco truffle pastry. When asked to pack them separately they said no. So they packed both the cupcakes and the pastry in one box. Their pizza base and pita breads are also not edible at all. They're covered in too much flour which doesn't come off when you try to wipe it off.

Last year, my experience with rainbow cake was good. That's the reason I went for rainbow pastry some weeks ago. The pastry costs 120₹ but looking at the quality, my money was down the drain. It was so stale that it had no moisture left. It was completely dry and there was an ant feasting on it. Oven magic, it's high time you learn the concept of "shelf life". No wonder your reviews are going down along with the quality of food that's going down

This is as polite as I can be.. their puff were so bad that they made puff made by our hospital look good!!! And I used to thought our hospital makes worst puff in baroda. Making anyone eat those puff could be the most evil thing you can do to other human being!!

The pineapple pastry was stale . The casatta pastry was very hard and frosting was not good. Did not expect from oven magic as we r regular customers.
