Frequent visitor to Punjab. The food is top notch and taste exactly like authentic Punjabi food. The curries are truly appreciated with rich thick creaminess. Big fan of the rotis they serve,so yes in all these years the most promising Punjabi cuisine I have tasted which takes me back to Amritsar. But yes most non Punjabi people will not like the food. Because the north cuisines are blend of spices which generally you dont see in the Gujarati culture and might be the reason people get disappointed. But our experience was good and we visit here frequently so yes go for it.

Pind di Gali presents a vibrant Punjabi ambiance right from the moment you step in, with the beats of the dhol setting a lively tone. The décor reflects traditional Punjabi culture, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that's perfect for gatherings. Unfortunately, the food does not live up to the energetic vibes. The Tandoori Paneer Tikka Masala was disappointing, lacking any real flavor and leaving us longing for a richer, more authentic taste. The naan was rubbery and tough, making it difficult to enjoy. The Delhi chaat was another letdown, far from the authentic experience. It featured raw tomatoes and namkeen (mixture) that completely masked the flavors and left little room for the signature aloo tikki that should have been the star of the dish. In summary, while Pind di Gali nails the ambiance, the food completely fails to deliver. There are at least 20 way better restaurants when it comes to Punjabi cuisine in the city.

I had the unfortunate experience of dining here, and I must say it was one of the most disappointing meals I've had in a long time. The quality of the food was simply unacceptable. We began our meal with a manchow soup and delhi chaat. The chaat was a joke, with barely any tikki and an excessive amount of namkeen. The soup was bland and lacked any depth of flavor. For our main course, we ordered paneer tikka masala (claimed to be extra spicy) and garlic naan. The paneer tikka masala was a complete letdown. It was surprisingly bland, and I couldn't detect any hint of spice. It felt like it might have been a ready-to-eat packet. The garlic naan was drenched in butter and had an unpleasant rubbery texture. Having lived in Vadodara for two years, I've had the opportunity to try numerous North Indian restaurants. This dining experience at Pind di Gali was undoubtedly the worst. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you're looking for a satisfying and flavorful meal.
