Went with my colleagues for lunch. Awesome taste and great food presentation. Though lasagna could improve more, but rest of the italian food was really delicious.

We went Poca via swiggy dineout offer of 20% on pre book, but because of the miss understanding of their dineout terms and conditions we didn’t recieved discount, which we were okay but to clarify the issue Ujjwal, the staff member of Poca had a very irritating attitude and was not at ready to listen! As soon as we entered we mentioned him we are here via swiggy book of the offer we received he did not care to mention that we don’t have discount, but had the guts to send the entire bill amount calling his dineout team and creating a scene, while we are trying to talk to him calmly, at the end ruined the dinner for sure while he mentions “I’m irritated on my team because its not the first time this situation happened” and apologised but definitely never going back

The taste of pasta’s needs to be improved. This was my second time to Poca and I felt the change of taste. The Italian is being fusioned with Indian taste, which wasn’t that great of an experience. Service wise it’s good.

I'm wondering how is Poca's owner able to justify these insane prices with sub-par quality of food and utterly disappointing service. which can also be seen with recurringly poor reviews by so many others over the internet. I recently visited Poca after 6-8 months and the only thing I'm taking away from this visit is I'm never coming back to Poca. its a fine dine only because of the ambience otherwise it has no other attributes to call itself a fine dine. also, they should definitely remove global dining from its name.

I visited poca -the global dining restaurant today, the ambience was good and service was fine, but the food quality overshadowed the above attributes. I would not recommend anyone to even go near the pizza section. We ordered a pesto veggie pizza and a new York baked cheesecake, the pizza was bland and over baked, and the new york cheesecake was the worst cheesecake i have ever had, it felt like i was eating sand. I would have left a zero star for the food if I could. We would have understood if it had been a busy night, but it was a weekday with no rush, and we were still served such mediocre food.

Visited on 8th April 2023 and order a paneer shawarma and veg loaded pizza. So there was an insect in the pizza and when we complained to the staff they were highly ignorant about the problem and the situation and were really rude as the cashier and the manager said “we said sorry na what else we can do”. A staff defines the kind of environment a restaurant is offering and this was really disappointing as I was a regular customer there, now I will always think twice and recall this incident before going to poca.

The falafel pocket with pita bread was the worst ever. They put nothing but mayonnaise and the falafel was so small that it wasn’t worth the money paying for that and when we spoke to the restaurant they defended that they put hummus and tahini when they actually did not Worst dish ever and charging upwards to 300 + for it Not worth it at all

Have had the worst experience of our life. Dish scrubber found in their signature dish which I swallowed. Had to call off the dinner after that and we paid them tauntingly we they even accepted shamelessly. I’m going to post this on twitter and gonna tag food safety officer as well.

The service was very disappointing, we had to wait for 1.5 hours for the food to arrive! They had forgotten our order and inspite of repeated requests they got the food an 1.5 hour late! Very disappointing! They cannot manage so much rush and are understaffed!
