A small place for South Indian food, cooked by Rugmani Mam herself, is for all those who love South Indian food, cooked in a clean kitchen and served with love. We tried a lot of stuff there. Idli & Medu Vada: Vada were crispy and light while the idli was soft. Both the things were tasty and served with sambar and chutney. Sambar wasn't very spicy and was tasty. Mysore Masala Ghee Roast Dosa : Ghee roast dosa and mysore sada have always been my favorite so I ordered this one to get the taste of both! this place serves an amazing one with different variations. The masala inside the dosa is not just plain potato sabzi. It has grated beet and other vegetables too which makes it taste even better. Podi Idli: Also called as gunpowder idli mixed with sauteed onions. This one is perfect for breakfast. Filter Coffee: Served in a typical South Indian manner, this one is the best! Not to strong, not too mild. One good beverage to have post dinner. Rasam : We have been searching for a good rasam in the city since long and our search ends here. Tangy and spicy, this Indian avatar of soup is all I need in the winter. One should definitely visit this place.

Recently visited a beautiful south Indian place in my neighborhood for authentic South Indian food. Its a beautiful place with nice and hygienic set up. I ordered their 1 rasam: authentic tomato pepper rasam which was very soothing and taste was good. 2. Podi masala idli : steamed idli mix with gunpowder and ghee and tossed and served with chutney and sambhar. A must try. 3. Mysore masala dosa: the masala inside the crispy dosa was just perfect in taste and the spices were accurate. 4. Rava masala dosa: a crispy and mouthwatering dosa made in butter and served with chutney and sambhar. 5. Vegetable uttapam: a thick battered pancake with vegetable topping and served with chutney and sambhar. 6. Filter coffee: this was the show stopper of my dinner. The best filter coffee in town. 🔸The sambhar and chutney quality and quantity was really good a perfect blend of spices. 🔸The owner here is really sweet and cooks amazing food. A must try place in manjhalpur for south indian food so far. Thank you so much for lovely evening.

Sharing Rugmani Aunty's South Indian Food Experience. Rasam was a perfect appetizer. It tasted just awesome. Not too spicy or tangy but aptly spicy. The cottony soft idli was melt in the mouth and the mendu Vada was perfectly crisp n not too oily. Tasted really good. The rava dosa had perfect jalis in it and the masala was delicious. The ghee roast Mysore sada was crisped to perfection and the lingering taste of ghee in my mouth made it feel as if I'm having food at home. The Mysore masala dosa, the jeera Mari dosa and the paneer masala dosas were also delicious!! Oh and last but not the least, filter coffee or should I say kaapi!! Ye kaapi zaroor try Karna!! Maza a Jayega All in all it was a delight to have the delicious meal cooked by the owner Rugmani aunty herself. She serves with so much love you won't feel you're having food in a restaurant!! Do visit @rugmanis_kitchen . You'll love it!!

I was in search of good rassam and this place serves the best one. I also tried their mysore sada and mysore masala dosa and the mysore chutney was just amazing. Ghee roast masala dosa is what I personally love the most here. The food is cooked by rugmani aunty herself. She meets and greets the customers, serves them food cooked in clean and hygienic kitchen. One should try this place for sure

One of the best place for authentic south indian food. Loved their mendu vada, Mysore masala dosa, paneer dosa, rasam and filter coffee. Their red chutney is fab 🥰 Owner is very kind and humble. She serves with whole heart which makes the food taste even to better.

હું આ જગ્યાએ 4-5 વાર જય આવી છું. એટલે કોન્ફિડેન્સ થી કહી શકું કે અહીંયા કેરાલા સ્ટાઈલ નું સાઉથ ઇન્ડિયન ભોજન ખૂબ જ સ્વાદીષ્ટ મળે છે. અમે જેટલી વાર ગયા એટલી વાર સામબર નો સ્વાદ એક સરખો એટલે કે કંસિસ્ટન્ટ રહ્યો છે. એમની નારિયળ ની ચટણી, ટામેટાં ની ચટણી બહુ જ સરસ હોય છે. અમે એમના ત્યાં રવા મસાલા ડોસા, મૈસોર મસાલા ડોસા, ઘી રોસ્ટ મૈસોર મસાલા ડોસા અને ઘી રોસ્ટ સાડા ડોસા ખાધા છે. તથા આજે ફિલ્ટર કૉફી પણ પીધી. Dosas were crisped to perfection, crispy but soft. When I put the first bite in my mouth, it felt like wow!! I normally don't compare food from restaurants but a restaurant nu food 22nd parallel be takkar ape evu lagyu. Though their menu is limited but still, whatever they have on their menu is just awesome!! The (owner is a lady) aunty a South Indian so most of the times she herself makes the dosas. She has limited staff since she's just started the restaurant not long ago. Though the place is small, the service is good and the food is just awesome. Must try if you like south Indian food. Though some of you might find the prices a tad bit high but I find worth it because the food is awesome, the place is hygienic, and the aunty makes sambar masala fresh everyday.. what else do we need then?!!
