Gonna be quick about it. I anyway doubt restaurants that have unnecessary hype surrounding them because they are never nearly good enough. Dosas are fine - nothing exceptional. Vadas are good. Crispy outside soft inside. But South Indian food is about chutneys and sambar. Neither of them hit the spot. They have things on their menu that they have no idea about. Kaikari biryani is garbage. Literally rice covered in oil with zero spice. So yeah, there you have it. Ton of oil in everything is another problem. So not going here again.

I had a very disappointing experience: The food quality was poor. The dosa served was cold. There was hair in the rava dosa, which is extremely unhygienic. The preparation was not proper. The prices were too high for the quality and service provided. Overall, I expected better taste, hygiene, and value for money, but the service and food quality were not worth the price. Definitely needs improvement!

The taste and the portion sizes are not the same as our usual experience at Sankalp. This one is not up to the mark. Even the head waiter was kind of weird. Not a good experience.
