Sou-Thakela restaurant.. over priced (250 bucks for a plain dosa), understaffed (could only see two ppl managing the whole operation.. long wait times), extremely unhygienic washroom, food experience depends on your luck with what you order.. the pizza uttapam was decent, the mysore masala was cold and soggy by the time it reached the table.. the vazhakkai cutlets were nice but the staff couldn't even pronounce the name of the dish properly... One shouldn't have to pay 350-400 bucks per head for such a South Indian experience.. either relook the pricing so that the expectations are better managed, or really tune up the service experience to justify the price.

I feel the food is good but not upto the price they are charging for it. It is way too expensive for such common dosa and other dishes. Not just that but the quantity is also not enough. Like ₹300 per dosa is way too much adding the gst and then charging ₹30 for ghee or butter. If you ever decide to go there, just be prepared for a big fat bill. Service is also good but they don’t mention what we can have extra for free.

The staff need an immediate service training. They do not mention the limitations of the unlimited menu. Upon asking for coffee a second time, then the waiters remember that it's to be served only once. Should have mentioned it at the beginning. The unlimited lunch does not have much varieties. Not recommended, mostly due to staff behaviour.

TBH, this restaurant is too overrated for the food they serve!! Please choose wisely there so many pocket friendly restaurants in town!
