Ifound an insect in my pasta, and instead of addressing the issue, the manager insisted it didn’t happen said it is a part of basil . Food issues can occur, but denying them rather than resolving them shows a lack of responsibility.

Food is e/5 but the service is pathetic -1/5. Would never recommend to anyone planning for special day. I had 3 more friends with different table same issue.
