I am writing to request a full refund for my recent order. I waited for more than an hour for a delivery that was showing only 20 minutes. Due to this unexpected delay, I was unable to collect my order as I had a train to catch. I have contacted subway but theur incoming calls are off and tried connecting with zomato help and delivery partners but don't get any help. Because of the late delivery, I could not take the order and faced significant inconvenience. I kindly request you to process a full refund for the order amount at the earliest.

I have ordered maximum patty and paneer tikka which was without patty and paneer both bread was same thought I have selected different. Worst and tasteless . Plus Zomato is not answering messages.zomato experience is worst
