The food quality was amazing but service was slow. They didn’t had enough staff to take care. Also they have done rebranding due to which finding the location for some guests was difficult. Ambience was good.

I genuinely wanted to give 0 stars, but unfortunately there is no option, so I am giving 1 star. We came here with our family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and unfortunately it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The ambience was poor, and even the AC was not working properly. The service was extremely slow. We were told that the delay was because the food was being prepared fresh, but after tasting it, it certainly did not feel worth the wait. We tried several items — starters, soups, and the main course — hoping at least something would be good. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy a single dish. We actually left a significant portion of the main course uneaten. Normally, whenever we have leftover food, we prefer to pack it and give it to someone in need rather than waste it. But this time, we did not even feel comfortable taking the leftover food with us.

We had a very disappointing dining experience. The waiting time was far too long, and even after waiting for around 40–45 minutes, the food we received was undercooked. We ordered fish but were served chicken instead. We had also specifically requested sautéed chicken, but were served chicken with gravy instead. To make matters worse, the staff seemed unfamiliar with the menu and struggled to understand our order correctly. Overall, the food preparation, order accuracy, and service were all below expectations. The entire experience felt poorly managed, and it was certainly not worth the long wait. The restaurant needs to improve its food quality, staff training, and overall service.
