The food was amazing with very nice ambience and best service. The best thing to try is the pan grilled fish with lemon butter sauce and the hot pot was also too good.

We recently visited Tomato's Restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The service was extremely poor. After placing our complete order, we had to wait 45 minutes just for the starters, and then another 45 minutes for the main course. What made it worse was the complete lack of responsibility—despite reminding the staff multiple times, no waiter or manager came forward to address the delay or even acknowledge the inconvenience. To be fair, the food quality was good, and the ambience is pleasant, which shows the restaurant has great potential. However, good food alone cannot compensate for such unprofessional service. Hospitality is not just about serving food—it’s about respecting customers’ time & ensuring a courteous experience. I strongly urge the management to improve their service standards, staff responsiveness & overall customer handling. As of now, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had & it needs serious attention.

Visited Tomatoes Bhayli, Vadodara recently and had a very disturbing experience. I specifically ordered vegetarian food, as I am strictly vegetarian. However, I was served a dish containing chicken, which I unknowingly ate before realizing the mistake. This is extremely careless and unacceptable. For many customers, vegetarian food is not just a preference but an important ethical, religious, or personal choice. A restaurant must maintain basic standards in order accuracy and kitchen handling. Very disappointed by such negligence from a reputed place. Management seriously needs to improve staff training and food checks so this does not happen to anyone else.

One of the worst experiences of all time in terms of waiting time. No system for management waiters taking orders on crush paper. it takes more than 15 min just to order food and then another 20 min for food to arrive. They sent half a dish at the table and the worst service we ever felt.

other people were served well in front of us. i booked VIP table but didn't get anything called VIP services.... not a table... not a good pastry...not even a portrait photo... nothing.. they made my valentine day worst ...

The food was good. Food portion is less. Service is too slow. The staff needs to be trained how to serve quickly and manage all things. Half tables are vacant still the service is slow and poor.

food turned out to be a nightmare. The legacy of tomatoes is no more there, just a name now. Long wait, below average service, and equally below average food preparation.
