This place really maintains its standard. I have to say this is the best place in Vadodara to eat..in terms of food quality, ambience, service - the whole dining experience is simply awesome. What i like specifically is that they don't go too overboard on spices which mostly happens in restaurants but the food is simple and delicious. You won't leave the place feeling bloated or heavy. The staff is polite and quick. I always feel satisfied and content after my meals here! Keep it up guys!

Extremely courteous, Dalvir & Shilpa in particular took care of my mom’s special dietary requirements with precision. The food ofcourse was amazing ( had indian, paneer makhani , jeera aloo & dal tadka with naan & lachha parantha ). A very pleasant lunch experience & a must visit.

Great food and excellent service! The highlight of our dinner was definitely the Dal Bukhara — absolutely delicious. A special mention to Nageshwar and Bishwa Dev for their warm hospitality and courteous service. They truly made our experience memorable. Thank You

PROS: Service, super fast and very attentive. Some Food items were tasty- rasam, chicken gravy, mix daal and veg rice option was prepared well. CONS: Way too basic menu for a hotel of ITC chain-no starters, serving vanilla ice cream, very sad display of the buffet. Nearby Grand Mercure nearby has a far more elaborate menu plus priced better. Quality and display of salad and desserts were again average.

Other than its timings, nothing is good. The food quality, the taste, the service, everything just is too bad. And then its supremely highly priced. Such a waste of money it is. Never go unless out of options.
