Dining at Basyl was an absolute pleasure, thanks to its outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere. A special shout-out to Muktikant, the head attendant, whose warm demeanor and attention to detail made us feel truly valued. His expert recommendations and professionalism were top-notch. Equally impressive was Siddhart, our server, who provided impeccable service with a perfect balance of attentiveness and care. His calm, friendly approach and knowledge of the menu enhanced our dining experience. Together, they made our evening at Basyl truly memorable. Highly recommended!

the food quality and taste is good, I personally loved the Thecha paneer, definitely not for faint hearted ppl. but a must try if you like to have spicy food. their sushi are good, not as great as the ones you would have in a fine dine Asian restaurants. also after a long time did I get to taste a good Affogato, surprising that it's being served in Vapi, but it was good.

There’s something so comforting about Basyl — maybe it’s the serene interiors or the soul-satisfying food. Either way, it’s a place that stays with you. Loved the vibe, loved the dishes. Highly recommend for foodies and design lovers

The service was not up to the mark. The order was taken and missed, we sat for half an hour and then checked with the attendant and he said we forget the order. Then instead of one dish they served two. Whole of the time it was new error in service which spoiled the mood of eating out.
