I lived the ambience and food, but was bit disappointed by the fact that Baristas don't follow the standard protocol as I've tasted far better coffe at Starbucks in oberoi mall, Hornimon Circle mumbai, GCR gurgaon, Airports and its consistent everywhere except for the ones we are served in Vapi. also I was surprised when I was charged extra for a puppuccino which was never the case at any of the other Starbucks I've ever been to in Mumbai and Gurgaon. the staff needs more frequent training on coffee blending etc.

Rude and arrogant staff esp store manager Tusshar. Never seen such arrogant behavior at starbucks.
