Tried BBQ in Varanasi recently. The starters were definitely the highlight — fresh, flavorful, and served well. Really enjoyed that part of the experience. However, the main course didn’t quite live up to expectations. The variety felt limited and the portions were a bit meagre compared to what you’d expect after such a strong start. Overall, great for starters, but the main dinner could use improvement to match the overall experience.

The staff were very good and impressive. Some staff like Sumit are very much understanding about the requirements of the customers and are highly passionate about their work.
