Tried BBQ in Varanasi recently. The starters were definitely the highlight — fresh, flavorful, and served well. Really enjoyed that part of the experience. However, the main course didn’t quite live up to expectations. The variety felt limited and the portions were a bit meagre compared to what you’d expect after such a strong start. Overall, great for starters, but the main dinner could use improvement to match the overall experience.

Food experience was excellent. Chef Lalit and manager Alam made sure everything came piping hot and fresh. Very courteous staff and waiters. Overall experience was excellent

rice was not fully cooked, biryani was extra salted and over spicy with red chillies, golgappe was also not a good experience, water was sour-salty.

manager was non cooperative and though the food was just fine in taste, the AC was not working at all, due to which the whole moment was killed.
