If you visit Varanasi you will find a decent lassi shop in almost every other lane. This Blue Lassi Shop is a comparatively popular Lassi Shop among the tourists. It is located at Kachaudi Gali near Manikarnika Ghat. It is almost 80 years old Lassi Shop serves distinctively flavourful lassi. Though I would recommend if you want to try regular lassi without any flavour or fruits then you can try from any lassi shop at Varanasi because most of them prepare almost the same thing. We tried Mix Fruit Lassi and Dry Fruit Lassi from their wide variety of menu. Lassi is freshly made in front of you and serves in an earthen pot. The walls are covered in pictures and notes left by customers, which looks interesting. The combination of fresh fruits & texture of the lassi is impressive. It is so refreshing and filling. This is a small place with so many flavoured lassi . Best part is that they have pasted customer feedback on their walls . We had Dry fruit lassi , pomegranate lassi and strawberry and blueberry and they are yum. For detailed video, you can follow my food page on insta

heard a lot about it so it was in my bucket list during our Benaras visit. but when we visited not all kinds of lassi was available. I tried coconut lassi. it was good and not too sweet. next time when I am in benaras, will try more.
