Nestled in the heart of Varanasi, De Once More Cafe & Restaurant offers an exquisite dining experience that delights the senses. Whether you’re here for a romantic dinner or a celebratory gathering, the atmosphere is extremely inviting. Service: The service is impeccable. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. They were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Food: We started our meal with the Paneer Tikka, marinated to perfection with spices and grilled to a smoky finish. It was tender and bursting with flavor. For the main course, the Paneer Butter Masala was a standout—rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced, paired wonderfully with soft Naan. Dessert: To end the meal, we indulged in Gulab Jamun, which was warm and soaked in syrup, providing a sweet and satisfying finish. Conclusion: Overall, Varanasi, De Once More Cafe & Restaurant is a gem that deserves a visit. They don’t know about Zomato gold dining option offer either walk in or on booking & they have put this on Zomato and they are themselves unaware about the fact and talk rudely very bad behavior of staff and rubbish very unprofessional , speak without knowledge and put blame on customer as someone will cheat their money ! And leave. This should be taken care plz train your staffs information about restaurant its policy is very important ! Me being a student fought alone for myself despite it was their concern they didn’t even talk politely ! Queries come but should be dealt with politeness and understanding u cannot just climb over customers head to get bills paid ! Nobody gets even a single chapati for free so how will someone trick the restaurant and leave , Ambience was good ,pizza was good

i had a horrible experience there.. went there with my two friends for treat and it made me very embarrassed to choose that. it took them half an hour just to find the tissue. the plates were dirty. Apart from that they changed my order from paneer kaleji to paneer kima (without asking me, because they couldn't process my original order). apart from that, they used mustard oil in my tandoori roti. Even the taste was not good. They had played a loud music for an hour or so and even after asking them repeatedly to reduce the volume. They didn't do that. it was the worst experience ever

Has to wait 15 minutes after starting my dinner for just 2 extra garlic naan..... very slow service
