Went for the restaurant today we ordered loaded nachos and honey chilly lotus stem. Since we couldn’t finish it all so took the leftover lotus stem as a parcel (by this time the half of the food was consumed since we were talking we didn’t notice the fungus) came home and found out there was fungus in it later this evening we went back to the restaurant met the executive chef, restaurant manager and showed the parcel which we took home complained about the food the executive chef accepted the food had fungus which was denied by the restaurant manager after sometime the owner came and said since we took the parcel so we must have added the fungus(completely illogical) then the GM came, after them asking and offering us the compensation and complementary food (for which we denied) the GM asked what can they do? we simply asked for the bill but they refused to give it (as per them the bill can’t be re print which is again illogical). Only the suggestion to all of you to not to go this place as it is not worth and waste of money. आज हम एक रेस्टोरेंट गए थे, वहाँ हमने लोडेड नाचोज़ और हनी चिली लोटस स्टेम ऑर्डर किया। हम पूरा खाना खत्म नहीं कर पाए, तो हमने बची हुई लोटस स्टेम पैक करवा ली। (इस दौरान खाना आधा खाया जा चुका था, और बातचीत में ध्यान नहीं गया कि उसमें फंगस था)। जब हम घर पहुंचे तो देखा कि उसमें फंगस लगी हुई थी। शाम को हम वापस रेस्टोरेंट गए और वहाँ के एग्जीक्यूटिव शेफ और रेस्टोरेंट मैनेजर से मिले। हमने वो पैक किया हुआ खाना दिखाया और शिकायत की। एग्जीक्यूटिव शेफ ने माना कि खाने में फंगस थी, लेकिन रेस्टोरेंट मैनेजर ने पहले इससे इनकार किया। फिर रेस्टोरेंट के मालिक आए और उन्होंने कहा कि चूंकि खाना हम घर ले गए थे, तो शायद फंगस हमने ही डाली हो (जो कि बिल्कुल ही बेबुनियाद और तर्कहीन बात थी)। इसके बाद जनरल मैनेजर (GM) आए। उन्होंने हमें मुआवज़ा और फ्री में खाना ऑफर किया, लेकिन हमने साफ मना कर दिया। जब GM ने पूछा कि वे हमारे लिए क्या कर सकते हैं, तो हमने बस बिल देने को कहा। लेकिन उन्होंने बिल देने से मना कर दिया, और कहा कि बिल री-प्रिंट नहीं किया जा सकता (जो फिर से एक बेबुनियाद बात है)। सभी लोगों को बस यही सुझाव देना चाहेंगे कि इस जगह मत जाइए, यह बिलकुल भी पैसे और समय के लायक नहीं है।

I will say it is the worst restaurant I ever dinee out...never go with family u will be surely unhappy with food...only pasta garlic bread n pearl corn was good rest stuff dumpling , cigar roll , paneer tikka all are tasteless u can get even better on streets of Varanasi .. it was my birthday on 17 september but they made it worst . Also they are a fraud restaurant charge 18 % GST which is only 5% even in Marriott 5* hotel where I have gone earlier charges 5% ..also table mat is not clean ..they take gst money and keep it in his pockets Never go to this worst place ever ..i suggest u all chucak , tanish diner is much better option than this restaurant

Disappointing experience due to incorrect GST charging. We were not hotel guests, yet the restaurant charged 18% GST instead of the applicable 5% for dine-in restaurant service. When questioned, there was no satisfactory explanation. This feels misleading and unprofessional. Please ensure transparency and correct taxation. Luto mat logo ko.

Dined at the restaurant as a walk-in guest (not staying at the hotel). Was surprised to see 18% GST charged on the food bill, which is incorrect as per GST rules. Restaurant dining should attract 5% GST when no accommodation or room service is involved. Staff was not very clear when asked for clarification.

I ordered aloo paratha and paneer paratha as take away. But the quality of food was extremely pathetic. It wasn't edible, the paratha was uncooked and burnt from the bottom.

I went here with my family to treat them with my first salary. We all got food poisoning and our entire trip was spoiled. Not recommended.

dosa was not up to mark. it was cold and hara bhara kabab was totally waste of money. I had a pathetic experience.
