We visited this riverside Cafe on 30th November. All food items were delicious and prepared to perfection. Location was icing on the cake . Staff was courteous . We were attended by Mr Naresh , who was very thoughtful and surprised us by fulfilling our special request. It is a must visit place on Assi Ghat . Owners are very humble and courteous people, always willing to go extra mile to make your gastronomical experience delightful. Nice ambiance. We ordered special Indian thali, Mozzarella Cheese Pizza , Pasta and Apple pie with ice cream. Everything was perfect . Full marks !

This cafe is one of the oldest and most popular cafes in Banaras. Every local would recommend this one. The pizzas are good but apple pie with icecream is a show stealer here. You must try this one if you are visiting the cafe. It is generally crowded during peak hours. The cafe has a lot of lush greenery as well and situated beside assi ghaat giving you Ganga river views while dining.

gone here for evening lunch ordered pizza, pasta and apple pie each of these items were taste so delicious 😋 waiting problem is there every time very congested sitting area here.....

Food is average. Not up to the mark. The cost is way up than the quality of food. I think a lot of people are coming in because pf promotion on google.

I visited Pizzeria Vatika Cafe recently. The place is undeniably aesthetic and the food is good, but the service was extremely disappointing. There was a waiting time of around 30 minutes, which honestly was not an issue for me because I expected it at such a popular café. However, what was frustrating was the lack of basic service once we got a table. After the previous customers left, it took almost 20 minutes just to clear the plates and clean the table, and even then the lady before me had to ask multiple times before someone finally did it. When the server finally came, I asked for the order book so I could write my order (which I noticed other customers doing). His response was “abhi nahi ho payega, baad mein.” After already waiting for 20–25 minutes, that attitude was quite disappointing. Even when he came later to take the order, he kept getting distracted and talking to someone else instead of focusing on the customer. The food arrived in a decent amount of time and tasted good, so credit where it’s due. But again, when it came to paying the bill, the service was careless. The bill was dropped on the table and the server walked away without collecting the payment. Since I was running late, I eventually had to go to the reception myself to pay. Another major issue is that there is no proper staff uniform, making it very difficult to identify who actually works there and who is a customer. Overall, while the food and ambience are good, the service quality really needs serious improvement. A place this popular should ensure that the customer experience matches the reputation.

Pathetic place, overhyped and working on basis of fake reviews added can be paid promotion. Ordered Vaatika Special pizza - tasted very bad, then spaghetti pasta - horrible and they have added carrot and chilli flakes in it, who add all these in a pasta. The person at billing was rude when we said this and said you will get burnt only when eating wood fired pizza and pasta with veggies is like that. Everyone can give a try to their apple pie that was okay - not best yes but far better than other two things. Spent ₹1270 on this experience. Totally waste of money.

Most overhyped place in Varanasi and India if i may! They claim to be the oldest pizzeria but it’s true only from perspective of hygiene :) for those who missed it there’s free topping with every pizza (some still alive)! Had pesto pizza felt more like a pudina naan

it was such a bad experience for me and my family. the place is very unhygienic and staff is very rude. They act as if they are God. I recommend no one to come here, you'll have the worst experience of your whole trip here.

Food was pathetic I was told the pizza and banana pie was good but these two were the worst. chole chawal was decent. meals were salt free and hence the taste was bland.
