Just an awesome experience in Varanasi, good ambience beside Assi Ghat with essences from ghat. and food quality is too good compared to other restaurants available in Varanasi, they know how to cook ,how to make the food delicious, its just an awesome experience in Varanasi. thanks for this wonderful setup here.

Had a great experience at Roots Restaurant! The paneer was absolutely delicious - fresh, soft and full of flavour. The complimentary drink was also really refreshing and a lovely touch. Great food, good hospitality.

We recently visited roots in Varanasi for lunch and ordered two cappuccinos, paneer tikka, dal makhani, and hakka noodles. The food was good overall, but unfortunately, the coffee wasn’t up to the mark. When we mentioned this to Ms. Mala, she immediately offered to cancel the coffee from our bill, which we really appreciated. It was a very thoughtful gesture, especially since we genuinely didn’t enjoy the coffee. Our waiter, Mr. Angad, was also very polite, friendly, and attentive. Both Ms. Mala and Mr. Angad made us feel very welcome. We really liked the place and the overall experience. Despite the coffee, we had a good time and would definitely love to visit again! 😊

we 3 friends went there, only ate starters coz the quantity was enough to fill us up. loved the korean chicken, did not like the zafrani tikka. the drinks are gigantic.

Extremely disappointing experience. The food quality was far below expectations. Almost every dish seemed overcooked. The chicken was tough, dry, and rubbery, making it unpleasant to eat. The starters arrived visibly overcooked, with several pieces darkened and burnt. Instead of having a proper grilled flavor, they tasted bitter due to excessive charring. Overall, the food lacked freshness, proper seasoning, and attention to cooking standards. What should have been an enjoyable meal turned into a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this restaurant unless there is a significant improvement in food preparation and quality control.
