If you are looking out for a place serving delicious vegetarian north Indian nd south Indian food in Varanasi, my go to place is definitely Sagar Ratna! With the beautiful ambience and tasty meals this place is so good that even they make you eat nd fall in love with such dishes which you might not like personally. In my case it was palak but then i tried corn palak ki sabzi here nd i became a fan! Highly recommended place in Varanasi to chill out with friends and go out on breakfast/lunch/dinner with family

Sagar ratna is great place for vegetarian person and family gathering, serving good taste with in budget. Having huge menu with various options.

food is utterly delicious, specially idli chaat and mysore masala dosa, but they do not accept any blinkit vouchers, thats an off

The Sagar Ratna is one of the few restaurants which serve authentic South Indian food having significant varieties in starters, main course, desserts. They serve few combos also but upto certain time limits. I ordered Mysore Masala Dosa and it was at par. The dosa was served along with coconut chutney, pudina chutney, and sambhar which was bit sugary and I feel like the taste resembles Karnataka's taste of South Indian dishes. The stuffing (mashed potato) of Mysore Masala Dosa was not appropriate as it was not of what the above dish should have. The stuffing was of plain masala dosa, that I believe needs to be improved. I also ordered Rava Kesari from the Dessert section and it was simple like rava halwa having dry fruits and the essence of Kesar. Overall the ambience was good, the staff was polite, hospitality was nice. It was simple and soothing experience.

I have ordered paneer dosa and given them some instructions regarding special paneer dosa and special mentioned to provide extra red chilli chutney but they did not followed the same and didn't send even the single red chutney with the order. Not happy with the experience and do not expect the same from such a big brand.

very bad food waste of money... price ke hisab se quantity Sahi nahin thi packaging bhi nahin sahi thi.. khana pura basi tha sabjiyan daal sab ka Test khatta tha..so disappointed.. not recommended to all

Very bad experience at this outlet..there fried udli were fried in low quality cooking oil and there cheese dosa just felt like hot mayo sauce..and whn complained they were like its ok..too bad..!

Bad delivery of Sagar ratna, ordered thali and three slot is empty missing vegetables and quantity is very less . Food is very pathetic.

Just terrible food. Worse food experience. Not recommended at all. Not the authentic South India food. Wasted our time here.
