There was a waiting time of around 10 minutes, which was manageable considering the place is quite popular. We ordered dal tadka, stuffed paratha, and rice, and the food tasted good. The dishes were simple but satisfying. However, the service was extremely slow. Even for repeat orders or small requests, it took a lot of time. We had to ask multiple times just to check the status of our order, which became a bit frustrating. Another issue was the staff behavior. At times the responses felt a bit rude or dismissive. Even for small requests like asking to adjust or rotate the fan, the replies came in a tone that didn’t feel very welcoming. The food is good, but the service speed and staff attitude could definitely be improved to make the overall experience better for customers.

Extremely Disappointed for a Premium Dining Place I had booked a Dineout table through Zomato and was really looking forward to trying their Banarasi thali, but the experience was far below expectations. Litti was served cold. When I requested a hot one, they clearly reheated it in the microwave—it came back hot but completely soggy. Rice was also cold, which is unacceptable for a premium dining place. Honestly, you will find far better and fresher food on the streets of Varanasi. Gulab Jamun was hard, not soft or fresh. Dahi wada was horrible. The wada was literally so hard it felt like a stone—you could probably break someone’s head with it. The only saving grace was the dal and gravy, which were decent. Overall, the dining experience was shockingly poor. A place that positions itself as premium should at least serve hot, fresh, properly prepared food. Would not recommend.

बेहद ही खराब खाना और खराब व्यवहार लोगों को गुमराह करके प्याज लहसुन खिला दिया जाता है सात्विक के नाम पर और उसके बाद स्टाफ की बदतमीजी जैसे खाना चैरिटी में खिला रहे हो क्वालिटी के हिसाब से पैसे भी बहुत ज्यादा है बिल्कुल ही थर्ड क्लास क्वालिटी खाने में दी जाती है

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was below average in taste and quality, and when I mentioned that it was bad, instead of apologizing or showing concern, the staff simply said “thank you,” which shows a complete lack of professionalism or care for customers. For anyone looking for better food at a much lower price, I would strongly recommend Lav Kush Restaurant. You’ll get far better taste, value for money, and respectful service there.

The most disgusting restaurant I have ever been to. Words can’t fully express the frustration I felt. The food was absolutely horrible, and the price made it even worse. There are countless restaurants that serve food infinitely better than this place. I will never step foot in this restaurant again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, even if they were starving.

One of the last place to recommend.. the food was very bad the butter roti was given with oil on it. The roti was cold and sabzi was tasteless… a phn from the washroom was stolen of a lady sitting beside . But somehow the staff managed to use the cctv and get it back .

We ordered 2 dishes namely spring roll and pizza along with cold coffee. The dishes were not looking of good quality considering such a higher prices . Overall it was a bad experience choosing th restaurant

pathetic service and short of staff took 1 hour to deliver the order and try to order everything in one order as reorder never fulfil and will ask you to vacate seat due to rush with empty stomach
