It's a beautiful place to hangout with friends. Relaxing music, amazing interiors and perfect warmth from the owner who takes that extra step in making your experience memorable. Loved the food. House Teas. Walnut brownie. And the pasta which left us spell bound for sometime.! Loved it. Definitely going to revisit and recommend

The cafe is close to Assi Ghat and Google map can help you land here easily..The seating area is quite basic but the pizza I ordered was really nice ..I had Paneer tikka pizza , the pizza was made fresh on order and since I love freshly made thin crust base , I enjoyed it to bits...Service is a bit late but justified as they make everything fresh on order..A little work can be done on ambience and seating aream...Prices are a bit on higher end..

I recently visited Terracotta Café with the intention of sitting down to work. The café advertises itself as a relaxed place to work, but my experience was quite different. The moment I entered with my laptop, a staff member informed me that if I wanted to work, I’d need to pay ₹150 per hour. I found this unusual since I’ve worked remotely for a long time and visited many cafes, none of which had such conditions (though I understand if high footfall leads to such policies). Since I know Mac, the manager and owner, I asked him if I could simply place an order instead. He agreed, and I went ahead. I worked there for about 4 hours and ordered food and drinks worth around ₹400, which I think is fair considering I was alone and only occupying one seat. I paid ₹500. However, my time there wasn’t as peaceful as I’d hoped—I was frequently disturbed by grinder noises and internal staff meetings. When it came time to settle the bill, Mac came over, showed me the time I’d spent there, and made a remark: “You know what you did.” I was taken aback because I had, in good faith, ordered and paid a reasonable amount. I even asked him to be transparent and let me know what amount he expected. Instead, he told me not to pay anything, said he didn’t want my money, and walked away with the comment to “remember what you did.” As someone who has been visiting Terracotta Café for a while, this was a surprising and disappointing experience. I genuinely appreciate the café’s ambiance and the concept it promotes, but I felt uncomfortable with how the situation was handled. Clear communication and consistency would go a long way in ensuring regular customers feel welcome.

I wish there was a zero or a negative option to rate this awful cafe because * Pathetic staff behaviour * Even worse Owner behaviour * Uses slangs on customers * You cannot be sure whats in your food, even the staff might not know!! * Passive smoking all the time. * Extremely long waiting time even on week days. * Strongly recommend not visiting this place

who puts raw garlic in an omelette? and mozzarella cheese in cheesy omelette? They finished everything in chicken by four. So either business is going great or someone made an inventory mistake. The ice tea was also a pre mix and a pretty bad one. Overall, bad experience.

Full of idiotic people playing music at unbearable volume. Not at all a place where you can relax. Owner considers it as a home and is not considered about convenience of customers

Despite the hype, Terracotta Cafe failed to impress. The food was basic, and the dry pizza and ordinary ambience left me quite dissatisfied. Not recommended.
