Everything we tried there was very yummy , it was worth the wait. They also have a lot of healthy options in their menu to try from. The vibe there is very banarasi. It was a good experience.

amazing experience... staff is just too good...so friendly yet professional..food is 10/10.... rush on weekends..u"ll have to wait for 10mins.

store manager behavior was really to go with person named - ritesh Gupta he is surely a good person to be at the position he is currently standing out but i would like to state the behavior of junior staff as well at the same time. Doesn't sound and look good with a French ise like THF and the aroma it shares. Ritesh really handled the situation with his calm behavior and I would really say he is a man of his words and trustful. a must have person who surely can uplift the brand to a great pinnacle. he did the right thing in bill for keeping the things transparent even that could have been handled with making some tweeks like not billing for something which is ordered (kunafa cheese cake) instead of adding some other cakes to meet the mark in bill. he made the situation look too calm and composite while junior staff trying to make it look like a kiosk, asking to wait in the outlet till 11:30 PM even when we were done with the dineout and creating a situation which was not at all ideol when we look at the franchise like THF and other staff supported it. Ritesh knows it all and trusted the consumer which surely uplifted my trust in as human and manager with such a great transparency and calm nature is good to be there. I would like to meet him next time I visit THF and just because of him & of course the food i would be visiting more offan. but if he would not taken the situation like he handled, surely a consumer and to whom I and my family would meet surely would not have shared good reviews because of staff behavior at the end. but all good if end is good. tasty food, great ambiance, good addition to varanasi in terms of restaurant. cheers

Food is awesome specially I like cold coffee . But I was a little disappointed, though. I ordered spring rolls, and they served them with a yellow sauce. I politely asked if they could also give me some green mint chutney, but they said there would be an extra charge for it. I mean, which restaurant charges separately for a small serving of green chutney? That part really disappointed me. Other than that, the taste was excellent — 100 % good

Honestly- If you value your time and money, please don't come here. I chose to dine solo, have some light snacks and I felt this was one of the biggest disappointment and worst decision I've ever had. Expect to see rush and wait for 10-30 min to get a seat but that's not the cause for such disasterous experience. I sat and ordered peri peri fries and mocha drink. Fries came after 25 minutes. Though it was soft from the inside, from outside it was limp. But the main issue - mocha drink never arrived. I waited for more than 1 hr but it never came. I sat there, waiting, looking at staffs who were happily addressing to other tables which had couple or a group but none came to my table to even ask if there's anything pending. In the meantime, I was going through 1 star reviews and realised this wasn't the first time. It happened numerous times in the past and unfortunately, i experienced it today. Finally after a good amount of time (about 1hr 35 min), a staff came to check but I refused to want and wait for anything any longer. He apologized and asked if he could serve in next few minutes but I didn't want a rushed dish. I paid for what I ate (fries), Informed the manager of my experience and left unhappily. I simply sat there for about 1 hr 40 min, looking at ordered arriving at others table but not mine, not one even bothered to check where my food was. Ambiance was good but i believe the real value of restaurant comes from food and service and I was extremely disappointed today. I WILL NEVER CHOOSE TO DINE HERE... EVER AGAIN.
