I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding my experience at the my Club booking. I visited the Vaziri with my partner and politely requested the server if we could have a slightly separate/private place to sit and talk comfortably. However, the server completely denied the request and responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Throughout our interaction, the server’s behaviour and manner of looking at my partner made her feel uncomfortable. We did not feel welcomed or treated respectfully during our visit. I work in the hospitality industry at Taj Hotels, and I understand the importance of treating every guest with respect, warmth, and professionalism. Unfortunately, the service and attitude we experienced here were completely different from the level of hospitality expected from a professional restaurant. I request Zomato/Club to please look into this matter and take appropriate action. Guest comfort and respectful behaviour should be a basic standard of service.

the service is very pathetic we order for a mocktail where we get fly inside the bar tender just remove the fly and serve the mocktail same one for food we order says on fried rice and after 20 minutes we get regular fried rice after complaining after 20 minutes the served again the same fried rice we eat and pay the bill and left the restaurant they took 500 service charge after complaining the remove the service charge

all the foods where tasteless, the price is very high but the quantity of the food is very less. I will never visit there again
