Mr aman who is a manager at vns varanasi is extremely rude and idiotic..we ordered a pizza which was not served for around 2.5 hrs…on complaining he was absolutely unapologetic,filthy and even started harassing the waiters with threats of slapping and throwing them out in front of us…this kind of behaviour is absolutely not justified when you are paying near about 10k for an evening’s experience ..a simple apology for the delay would have sorted out things…but mr aman had other plans…i even suspect that he was as drunk while being on duty..sorry to say but this place place was not worth a single dime

It was awful . If you’re looking the worst staff probably it’s the place that you should be . They are rude and have no concept about time . For a simple breakfast they took 2 straight hours. Over price . Over charging for literally nothing . It’s not 24 7 they might be open 24 7 but there is no service and no staff available it’s just open for no reason and no service. Don’t come it’s completely quiet waste of time

Let me clarify that they had no rush at the restaurant. Only 2 other tables were filled yet they took around an hour to serve us dal and roti, just dal and roti, not a complex dish. Probably the easiest to make but it took them an hour to serve it. We asked for onions on the side and that took additional 15 mins. You're better to cook your own food in that time, don't bother coming here.

Worst service they have 3 type of ambience and 3 people handling it and it for drinking not for food and staff is so rude and waiting after 30 minutes they gave menu and clean the table and after checking menu we wait 20 minutes so that someone come and take our oder at last i have to leave after wasting my 50 minutes personally i will never recommend this place

The service took 90mins, and after that the food was cold. We were served a wrong order and no one waiters were available. I had to stand at the billing counter for 20mins and tell them what i had in order for them to generate my bill. Horrible experience and wont suggest anyone to visit. Out of the 4, inspite of waiting so long, werent even served their food.
