From Culinary Gem to Shameless, Sloppy Factory Bengaluru Bhavan was once a benchmark for authentic, high-quality Vijaywada-style snacks. Their hand-made vadas, bursting with coriander and seasoning, were a revelation. Their generous, flavourful bajjis were the stuff of legend. I was a loyal advocate, bringing international and domestic guests here for years. Their idlis and dosas always could be counted on for quality flavour. No more. The management has made a conscious, shameful decision to sacrifice quality for profit. The vadas are now sad, machine-pressed discs, stripped of their signature hand made texture and condiments. The bajji has halved in size and is utterly bland. Portions have shrunk, consistency has evaporated from all items. This is a classic bait-and-switch: build a stellar reputation, then quietly cut every corner once the customers are hooked. You are trading a legacy for marginal gains. This is not how you build an enduring brand and legacy. I urge fellow patrons to vote with their wallets. Seek out the more traditional, cheaper, and frankly better-made alternatives that still take pride in their craft. Do not support this blatant profit maximization at the cost of quality. An absolute fall from grace. I am just a regular, disgruntled customer. Ask the regulars, they will share these woes.

food was not delivered fully...they cheat customers who will order food on train by sending partial food and keeping the order with them
