I would give no stars for the experience I had with organising an event with the convention centre DONOT TRUST THE EVENT MANAGERS RECOMMENDED BY THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT. My Personal story with this hotel DATED 4-JAN-2023. I'm disappointed with the way hotel handles the events in the convention centre. the food was stolen and we were billed for 200 plates when only 100 guests have attended to the event. we were forced to pay the full money for 200 plates and they even refused to let us donate the remaining food to a nearby orphanage. The manager was very rude when we asked for the leftover food. they have recommended an event manager who turned out to be very un-professional. the work that has been agreed was not delivered on time and the event manager is unresponsive, he didn't deliver the event photographs and videos as per the agreement. We approached the hotel manager who introduced the event manager and the manager is unwilling to take any responsibility. Looks like there is lot of corruption happening in the middle management of this hotel. I would suggest that the hotel Owner/CEO looks into this matter seriously and prevent such fraud to happen to other guests.

I have visited this place after a long. But I can say that the quality has been completely deteriorated. The staff is very ride and unresponsive. Food is okay but not upto the mark as it was before.

Food is awesome. Had manchuria, biryani and navarathan pulao. Taste is brilliant and thoroughly enjoyed. Atmosphere and service are very nice.

Till today I went to so many restaurants in Vijayawada and Hyderabad . This is the worst food and worst service and worst maintainence . Chicken , prawns , fish and every item is half cooked and they only concentrating on bar. They are not at all worried of families , who are coming to have food . How people in Vijayawada preferring these type of restaurants I don’t know . And even for extra food if we want to take parcel they are charging . For onions and lemon also they are charging money . I will not suggest this Restarent to anyone .

Chilly chicken which I ordered online, doesn't have even sides of onions and lemon. There is no plastic fork also given. The chicken was old and fried much before and probably fried again with chillies and garlic after the order so it's very hard and tasteless. I never expected this from Ilapuram brand.

Authentic Andhra Food. Great Service and hygeine We always had a Pleasant experience at Ilapuram hotel. Even home delivered food is very nicely packed equally good

Mutton curry was worst taste. Mutton was very very hard and bad smelly. Don't buy any item in ilapuram hotel. It's better than road side food.

Ilapuram lost its grace and it's cuisines...... Their stupidity reached the heights that no other hotel/restaurants in its class can ever reach... I ordered a prawn biryani and they gave biryani rice with prawns curry...... What the hell .......If what I need is that....I could have placed seperate order for curry!!!! What the hell was that!!!

Ordered speacial Andhra thali here and the food was so bad. First of all they took 20 minutes to serve thali at lunch time. And the food was cold and almost tasteless. Had to mix a lot of pickles to eat the food. The only comforting part of dinning was the curd which tasted good.

Decent restaurant located in a busy locality. Food is nice. But the waiting time is extremely long. The waiters always stand beside you to check if you need anything. Some people may find it creepy ( myself included).
