The food and taste were top-notch, so no complaints there. However, the only issue is the uninformed staff. Some staff members will say Zomato or District payments are accepted, while others will say they aren’t. For me, they initially said they would accept District payments and that it was accepted here. I had asked before dining, and they confirmed. However, after I finished my meal, they apologised and said, “Sorry sir, we are not accepting Zomato or District payments.” I don’t understand how they could lie to customers like that.

Dine in | Dinner/ Lunch It is good fancy place with great ambience and vibe. In the night the place will be whole dark. I think they haven't changed the lights for years. But when it comes to food, you can visit once or twice. The food quantity given here is very less according to the price. I have visited 4 times for this restaurant they haven't maintained consistency in taste. You don't expect the taste of dish will be same always. Service here is pathetic. They won't serve you immediately and 20% of the items in the menu won't be available at any given time. I have ordered nulli Ghosh biryani, mutton hasn't cooked at all. it is not fresh and tender, but they have collected 730+ taxes for it. Starters quantity is very less. Biryani even wont sufficient for two people even if you are light eater. The people who take orders feels as if they are owners of the restaurant. They add service tax of 5% deliberately without even consulting you even though it is not compulsory. Please improve consistency in food and provide value for money food. Ambience: 08/10 Service: 06/10 Taste: 05/10 (lack of Consistency) Food Quality: 07/10 Food Quantity: 02/10 Value for Money: 04/10

"Let’s start on a positive note—oh wait, I couldn’t find one. The service was…well, let’s just say it was an unforgettable experience, but for all the wrong reasons. The starter? Surprisingly decent, so there’s that. Now, moving on to the main course, I guess I must’ve missed the secret code to order Sambar rice with actual vegetables in it. Silly me, maybe next time I’ll crack the mystery. And for the grand finale, we treated ourselves to their *‘special’* vanilla ice cream. The only thing special about it was how extraordinarily ordinary it tasted. Honestly, I’m still wondering who decided to slap the word 'special' on that. Maybe the chef’s sense of humor?"

Nalli Ghost Biryani is worse here. Meat is not marinated at all. Raw meat is seen Not recommended, apart from ambience nothing seems to be good
