The food quality is gone down. I ordered the chicken desi thali and the chicken was rubbery. I returned the chicken uneaten. Also there was in overpowering smell of oil as if it was reused or something. Waste of money. Never eating or ordering from here again.

Avoid Vikhroli Social – Shocking Service & Management Apathy 🚫 I’m not one to complain, but my experience at Vikhroli Social today was beyond disappointing. • The Wait: Our orders were delayed by over an hour. • The Attitude: Neither the server nor the manager seemed to care. No check-ins, no updates, and zero empathy for the delay. • The "Resolution": When I finally escalated the issue, there was still no apology. Instead, they slapped a measly 10% discount on the bill and essentially told me to pay up and leave. A 10% discount doesn't make up for an hour of being ignored. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold and was completely lacking in flavor. On top of that, the service was very slow and delayed, which made the overall experience quite disappointing.

No service, there was not attended for like 40 min, on the table, got to place my order post 35 mins office getting a table, all the food items that were ordered were served cold.
