Lovely atmosphere and good food. 4 cheese pizza was too good. Pasta initially was too spicy, but Sufiana was able to get it changed and it was great too. recommend it for anyone in Visag.

The chicken calzones are a must try. The seafood risotto as well Sufia and chef debolina are super hospitable!

We had booked a table for 8:30 pm at The Shack, but were informed on arrival that no table was available until 9:10 pm. By the time someone attended to us, it was already around 9:30 pm, which is an unacceptable delay for a prior reservation at a hotel of this stature.Given the situation, we decided to move to Aqua and booked a slot for 9:45 pm, but received a table only at 10 pm. To the team’s credit, the waiter did suggest we place an order for pizza while waiting for the table, which helped as my daughter was very hungry. However, apart from the pizza, the pasta and other items took almost 40 minutes to reach the table, further adding to the overall delay.This is not the level of experience expected from a property like The Park. My daughter has already said she does not wish to visit again, and unfortunately we feel the same way. With the number of dining options now available in Vizag, if the management does not prioritise and improve the customer experience, the hotel risks losing both its goodwill and loyal guests.

Service was extremely poor. We waited almost 30 minutes just to get a table, and no one even bothered to check on us. After finally being seated, we had to wait another 20 minutes and eventually had to ask them ourselves to take our order. The food was good, especially the firewood pizza, which was the highlight of the meal. However, the excessive waiting seriously affected the overall experience. Ambience was just okay (P.S. not counting The Park’s internal ambience).

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Aqua – The Park. The restaurant timings and tandoor timings are different, which means any tandoori items, including pizzas, are served only in the evening. However, this important information is not mentioned anywhere on the booking platform. The menu uploaded on Zomato appears to be a generic/dummy menu and does not mention any such restrictions or timings. When I arrived, Instead of properly explaining the situation and helping me understand what was actually available at Aqua, the staff became argumentative. Rather than accommodating my booking, they suggested that I move to Vista, their other restaurant, despite the fact that I had specifically booked Aqua and had no reservation at Vista. What made the experience worse was that the restaurant reportedly informed Zomato that they were serving everything on the menu and implied that my complaint was incorrect. I have photographic evidence showing the menu displayed on Zomato and the menu/timing information provided at the restaurant, which clearly contradict each other. For a brand like The Park, this level of misinformation, poor communication, and lack of customer handling is completely unacceptable. I traveled nearly 25–30 km and ended up with Very disappointing experience.
