better than other restaurant buffet in varieties and taste. for 2 persons the bill was just 1069, and zomato given 300 discount, finally I paid 769 only. thank you zomato and BBQ

Visited this place with my family for dinner, the place was neat and clean staff were very friendly and warm. I would say the food could have been a little better the paneer was fresh and the vegetable lollypop was tasty. Crispy corn and cheesy potato could have been a little better. Special mention: Deepsikha was the person who was attending to us and she was lovely and did a great job.

there is no proper response at the reception. Since we made booking for 2 and their tables for 2 is occupied they made us wait for 1 hour past our reservation time

They didn’t informed me about the chargers in zomato show 839 per person non veg and night on Saturday but they charged us 1000 per person and they were saying that rate have been changed but it was not updated on zomato i had to pay 1000 per person 🥲🥲 worst experience Ever. Like they knew that i resereved my table from zomato but still didn’t inform about increased chargers Felt like i got scamed for extra 1000 rs

worst management, rude and unprofessional behaviour of the manager who was standing outside. The tables are empty he didn't let us sit even if we had pre-booked. When I called the customer service they said that my table was confirmed from the last 20min, but the manager there didn't respond to this. Worst experience ever.

I went to Visakhapatnam Madhurwada Branch by booking slot through Zomato. Slot was booked in zomato, But Barbeque Nation didn't allowed us mentioning all slots are booked. Though request multiple times to look into it, but Manager and team didn't respond properly.

I have visited on 07/10/2024 they will not allow Zomato reservations and Zomato dinein but they need business from Zomato. they are putting offers just to cheat the people and visit but they decline cheep tricks bbq
