From the start, the food was underwhelming, which was already a letdown. But what truly ruined the experience was the way we were treated while trying to pay. Our bill was ₹2,659, and we opted to pay through Zomato using a valid coupon. Instead of handling it professionally, the staff literally came and fought back at us, refusing to accept Zomato Pay and insisting we scan their code instead. Even after trying to explain that we were just using a legitimate payment method, they were rude and unprofessional. No customer should be treated this way. A complete flop experience—definitely not recommending this place! 👎

The atmosphere looked good at first, but the food and service were absolutely horrible. We ordered cheese balls, and the cheese used was of such poor quality that it was hard to even chew. The burger we ordered for my son tasted terrible, and he couldn’t eat it at all. On top of that, they had switched off the AC, making it very uncomfortable. The food is overpriced for the quality they serve. Overall, a complete waste of money — I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The manager is very rude. He refused to do anything to help with any issue I had and simply told me to contact the app if I had any issues. What purpose does his job serve then? He is a waste of space, waste of oxygen and his brain would probably sell for a lot since it’s basically brand new anyway.

Worst food ever, they should focus on providing quality food instead they kept entire focus on ambience… went with lot of expectations which they didn’t met.
