Despite rebranding from Invitation 365 to Dakshin, the restaurant's lack of oversight and hygiene is alarming. My mother was recently trapped in the common restroom and had to struggle her way out entirely on her own, as no staff intervened or checked the facilities for a significant amount of time. To make matters worse, seeing a rat running through the dining area was a total shock; it is clear that the management has prioritized a name change over basic maintenance and sanitation. While the staff is polite, the combination of a major pest problem and a complete lack of guest safety means I can no longer trust this establishment.

I have ordered veg Manchurian and apollo fish , food taste is not worth the money and moreover there is no proper hygiene.I found a rat roaming inside the hotel and regret coming here.
