Very good ambience and food Their Veg Thali is super authentic Andhra Thali and I highly recommend it. We were attendee by Pushpa and she explained us every detail on the meal and was very professional

Excellent food but the service is slow.... About 30min or so to get the food. It could be because they are freshly preparing the food.

Review for Ethnic Restaurant Had a lovely dining experience at Ethnic! The food was delicious — each dish was flavorful and well-prepared. The ambience was great, warm and welcoming, making it an ideal place for those who enjoy a calm and peaceful setting. If you’re someone who doesn’t like loud music blaring while you eat, this is perfect for having a quiet meal with family and enjoying meaningful conversations. A special mention to our server, Shivani, who was extremely polite and attentive. She patiently helped us choose dishes from the menu and her suggestions were spot on. Great service always makes a meal better, and she definitely added to our positive experience. Highly recommended for a relaxed and satisfying dining outing!

all other hotels include alcohol beverages bill while paying on zomato dinin app but only in radison hotel they are excluding it which will discourage customers to come again

The food was great. especially ravupalem kunda biryani is on point. Quantity wise a lil bit less but the taste is amazing. But service is not that great.

I went there to have a fine dining experience. However the management really needs to up their ante on this one. The place mats, mirrors on the walls and the walls were all dirty and stained. The food itself was decent however I felt like I was dining in some budget hotel rather than at the Radisson.

We have been here for lunch twice and we are terrified of going again. The food was terrible, with the chicken being sour and the dal being too salty. When told about the salty dal the waiter did not even offer to replace it for us. The thali did not have all items as mentioned in the menu that was given to us before the meal. Both my parents ended up falling sick because of this food and the money they charge for such horrible food is extortionate. Finally, being a Telugu restaurant, none of their staff speak Telugu and hence cannot even say the names of the dishes properly or understand the customers. You cannot have a restaurant in Vizag, with a majority Telugu speaking customers and have staff who doesn’t speak a word of Telugu.
