We visited KAVA for the Thursday lunch buffet with a group of six (3+3 billed) and spent around ₹8,800 (approximately ₹1,500 per person, including taxes). Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience and did not justify the price. We arrived around 1:45 PM, and much of the food was already cold, especially the starters. The chicken starters were below expectations in both taste and quality. The noodles, millet balls, and chicken curry were also served cold, with the chicken curry being the biggest disappointment. The main course, overall, lacked flavor and did not meet the standards expected from a premium buffet. The only dishes we found reasonably good were the chicken biryani and fish curry, which we would rate 3 out of 5. The dessert section was equally underwhelming. There was only one fruit option (muskmelon pieces), whereas at least 2–3 varieties of fresh fruits would be expected at this price point. There was no ice cream, and although cakes were available, they were average and not particularly enjoyable. Overall, the dessert spread on the Thursday afternoon buffet was quite ordinary. When a restaurant charges a premium price, guests naturally expect fresh, hot, and flavorful food along with a well-curated buffet selection. Unfortunately, KAVA failed to meet those expectations during our visit. We hope the management improves food temperature, quality, variety, and overall buffet standards to provide an experience that matches the price being charged.

food quality is so poor. only one item was there for starters in the buffet. the welcome cocktail was too basic even for Mother's day offer. Service has to improve significantly. I didn't find any great to write about. all is average and didn't meet expectations as per the ratings

worst quality and taste .. especially south indians won't like the good at all... also only 2 starter available in non veg that too in limited quantity. soup was not at all good. overall the food doesn't match the fame of the hotel marriot.
