It would not take me a minute to declare this place as my family's favourite. From engagement to family get together to casual dine in on a Sunday evening, this is the most sought after place by my parents. We have had some very nice memories attached to this place from my teenage years. The food, staff and ambience is really nice. Definitely one of the go to places in Vizag.

I ordered some butter garlic prawns and they turned out soggy as hell. Chicken butter masala tastes of chaat masala and it didn't seem like butter masala at all. Overall it seemed like a bad experience except for phulka.

Visited Another fine day restaurant today which is situated in Sai priya resort. Writing the review of this place in 5 points. AMBIENCE The ambience is very beautiful as it's a resort. You can take some insta worthy pics in the resort. The seats are comfortable in the restaurant. SERVICE Loved the service totally. The staff were quick and well mannered and the service was super fast. Shoutout to captain susan for catering our needs and helping us to choose the right dishes. FOOD This was the biggest disappointment. I had high hopes from this place but I was disappointed by the bland food. We ordered Non veg mix fried rice, chilli chicken wet, chicken lollipop and fried fish. The fried rice and chilli chicken was decent but everything else was super tasteless and soggy. Very average and bland food. PRICE The price was affordable. You can comfortably go to this restaurant with your family and have a hearty meal. OVERALL Everything else is good except the food and that's the main thing. The food is just not tasty. My rating for this place is 2/5

Very poor food quality. It was full of excess oil. In my fried rice they used oil which was reused before many times and gave bitter taste, on complaining they took away rice and made me wait quite long to serve rice again. Also the preparation is very poor and being in South Indian state they are not able to make there own traditional food properly. The sambar was watery and tasteless. Also the ambience is noisy and you will feel like you are sitting in fish market. Staff is rude and lack basic manners and specially customer understanding . They behave as if it’s some taptri beside road.

Food was not available around 11.30 which is very absurd for a resort...we literally need to ask for water to be served. Ordered 4 sandwiches initially, and ordered four to pack...they clearly said they have only four left and do not have anything else... very very poor management....guys are not attentive...won't recommend anyone

I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant at all. Even after specifically requesting no spice, the food was still extremely spicy. The manager was also very unaccommodating and seemed uninterested in customer satisfaction, more focused on asking us to leave a positive review than addressing our concerns.

It's no longer the best restaurant anymore. Very Chaotic service and food is served extremely late. The server who takes the orders is very Rude and unprofessional. Soft Drinks are not even Cold. Also They are quite understaffed for the volume of customers. Wouldn't recommend this place

Dear Sai Priya management. Ordered Chicken dum biryani and chili chicken. Both are not good. They are not fresh and getting so much smell. If you don’t have dish make it unavailable online. Pls don’t spoil the customer’s health for your profits.

We got a hair in our chicken and the management said they would replace 2 pieces of chicken. Their behaviour was very rude and unnecessary. No form of apologies or compensation was provided.

Not even worth 1 star. Ordered Chicken Fry Piece Biryani, Chicken Lolly Pop, Cashew Fried Rice and Veg Manchuria. All are worse.
