Half of the items weren't available on the menu moreover they refused to give the free nachos and pepsi along with the og double stacker taco stating that the offer is only applicable when not paying via district

Provide the proper offer applicable on which items at the store. They are insisting that the offer is applicable only on a few items, not the entire menu.
