the food doesn't suit indian pallet...it's mostly bland ...and there's not much of variety in starters/desserts...no unique food items

Pure waste of money and time. I had to ask for spoons & forks. Menu is so poor and taste is okay okay but options are poor. Literally items are very minimal and no one cared to refill. Poor service or reception with very poor option. Don’t waste time & money here.

Very impolite behaviour by the billing staff. Been many times here but this time, the things were very irrelevant. Issues with the booking-It’s been failing multiple times & cashing people’s time is not expected by Sheraton.

Worst service. They took way to time to serve and we had to ask two to three times for any service. Taste is also okay okay.
