I had a really wonderful and happy lunch with my family! 💖 The atmosphere was inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious. We all left feeling satisfied and pleased with our experience. 😊 Definitely a place I'd recommend for a lovely family meal! 😋👍

The vibe was so fantastic with live music and stunning beach view. Felt like Novotel owns the beach and its aura. Food is ok.

1. I called the restaurant and asked for exact price of buffet and they said its 1849+taxes but in the bill they charged 2149+taxes I even showed the call history i made but the staff talks rude and says tell me name who said that and all. Their justification was that today is special biryani day so its 2149+taxes I also blame district for not showing exact prices as they change everyday so either district app or restaurant should update them. This is really disappointing 2. Even after having booking they made us wait for 30mins before they gave us table 3. The desserts like cakes and sweet are very having bad taste like how can you even go bad at a cake? 4. I didn't try all biryanis but i tried prawns biryani and its salty 5. Less options for veg in the buffet mainly in rice&biryani section.

food was absolutely pathetic....food was served cold...none of the food items were satisfactory....over and above I was searching for staff inorder to ask what items are being served...none of the staff were proactive in explaining the food items available..after asking the staff about the items they started informing the availability...this is not how a star hotel behaves...needs lot of improvement...I would rather say service was absolutely pathetic....I would not recommend anyone to visit this place...Thank you
