The buffet which is very famous before was changed... No live counters... Number of items are also decreased but Cost was increased... This is the place we use to come regularly before but really got disappointed this time...

I recently visited this restaurant with my family, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The wait time after placing our order was extremely long, and the food quality was far from satisfactory. To start with, we ordered soup, which was served cold- something I didn't expect, especially with soup. Alongside the roasted tomato soup, we were given bread that was clearly old and stale. Next, we ordered veg Hakka noodles, and to our shock, the mushrooms were rotten and the noodles were completely bland, lacking any seasoning. The overall service was equally frustrating-every item we ordered took more than 15 minutes to arrive. When we asked for the bill, it took them another 20 minutes to get it to us, despite reminding them multiple times. While understand food preparation can take time, the restaurant was practically empty, with no other customers to serve, which made the delay even more unacceptable. Overall, this was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I've had in Visakhapatnam. I definitely would not recommend it.

As pure vegetarians, we were disappointed with our experience. We ordered Lemon Coriander Soup, but it was served alongside a chicken biryani order, which is unacceptable and reflects poor hospitality standards. The starters were overly sauced and not enjoyable. The biryani had a stale smell and tasted bad. The service was good, but the food quality was very poor. A reputed hotel like Green Park should not let its standards fall to this level.

There needs to be a lot of improvement. food was ok ok had to wait 20 mins to get a table even after booking one and had to wait 15 mins at the table to get a menu. waited another 20 mins before the order arrived. not satisfied with the service.

Worst hotel I have ever visited in Vizag. Food was cold, bland and very limited items in buffet for 2000/-person. worst part is dessert section and frozen desserts.
