Service isn’t good as it took lot of time to deliver the order. Basic water refilling is also not yet v carried. Prices are expensive but we also expect the same level of service.

Such a bad experience, and unfortunately, this has been happening consistently. The buffet menu is mediocre at best. The food was either overly salty or simply bad, and most of it was cold. Service was extremely slow too — waited a long time for items to be refilled, but no one bothered. Food-wise: Mutton was boiled, soft and tasteless. Flavoured rice had colour but no flavour. Prawns were smelly, stretchy and bland. Soups were atrocious. Fish starter was okay, but the chicken starter was beyond disappointing. Even after ordering a buffet, I had to stop eating and order garlic noodles separately just to satisfy my hunger. Unfortunately, those were terrible too. At that point, I genuinely wondered what was happening in the kitchen. Final verdict: Bad food, slow service, and definitely not worth the money. Special mention to the chef — I genuinely wonder how almost every item managed to be this bad.

Unprofessional staff and manager . I faced physical abuse threating baseless allegations and record videos without consent . Attempt to murder me by the security head.
