shahi tukda is average in taste and texture.. There is no airfreshner as we smelt nonveg smell as soon as we opened the door.. we enquired 2 times to know our reserved table.

Food is good service is ohk. But the management sucks, better have a reservation or else the manager will not let you sit till 1 hr. Pintu server was very good though.

Service is literally bad ..staff is very irresponsible no proper service after waiting fr 30mins for the seat even the restaurant is to quite and the lady sushmitha who served is to late fr everything..respond is so poor

very bad..I don't recommend anyone to go there..they've given the spoiled meat and too salty and pomfret is over burnt and dessert is too heard couldn't even cut

Zaffran a restaurant in novotel 5 star hotel, prices are upto the level but maintenance is like road side tiffin centre with flies around the table.
