We had an incredible experience at Zaffran in Novotel for the new Punjabi Food Festival. The menu is a vibrant celebration of authentic flavors; the Patiyala Shahi Gosht was remarkably tender, and the Amritsari Kulcha paired perfectly with the rich Subz Aap Ki Pasand. We were also pleasantly surprised by the Vegan Chilli Prawn and the unique Veg Mutton Keema Pulao, both of which were standout dishes. To balance the spices, the Mango Berry and Prince Margarita were refreshing highlights. What truly made the meal special was Sushmitha. She was absolutely fantastic, guiding us through the menu with expert knowledge and ensuring every choice suited our preferences perfectly. Her warm hospitality and attentive service elevated the entire evening. A must-visit for anyone looking for a true taste of Punjab with world-class service!

Quiet Peaceful ambience, staffs were quiet good and helpful . starters was good but it can be served with side sauces. live cooking you get to see which was the best moments while dining over there. after meal, you can go out and have nice picture. all together it was good experience. do try paneer aap ki pasand kadai.
