The food was simply exquisite. The whole vibe and aesthetic of the restaurant was quite good with some good views and calming music. The only thing which needs some work would be some additional staff for the serving if that gets sorted then it would've been complete. Only issue was that, except that everything else was quite perfect. Would sure visit again.

Service is literally bad ..staff is very irresponsible no proper service after waiting fr 30mins for the seat even the restaurant is to quite and the lady sushmitha who served is to late fr everything..respond is so poor

Zaffran a restaurant in novotel 5 star hotel, prices are upto the level but maintenance is like road side tiffin centre with flies around the table.
