Was there on new year's eve. 1. Chicken was undercooked, i could feel it feel it from taste. 2. There was only one small bonfire arrangement on the rooftop for more than 10 tables and it was placed near a stubborn customer who refused to share it. 3. People in our group ordered whiskey which was delivered on time the first time and for second time people had to wait for 1hour to get a drink served. Eventually they had to cancel the order because food was already served. 4. Service was pathetic, this happens even on normal days. PS - It was not overcrowded on new year's eve, it's just that these are not good at managing service. 5. The worst part is that when it was complained to the manager and owner, both of them ignored the request and owner was himself drunk. There were more families who complained the same but it went unheard. Would not suggest the place.

Very bad food taste..I felt like they are not serving fresh cooked food. Ambience is ok but the food taste and quality is worst. I order few starters and all of them were tasted like a local street vendor food. So I decided not to order anything else. They should change or train their chefs in order to survive. And please don't serve the food which is not cooked fresh. Also the staff serving the food needs a lot of training.
